It was 10-1/2 years ago that Matti and I founded Roland Schorr & Tower and over the years I've really enjoyed getting to know, and help, all of you. That's why it's somewhat bittersweet for me to announce that in mid-June I'm going to be leaving Roland Schorr & Tower.

It was a very difficult decision but I've been offered a position with Microsoft in Seattle and it's something that's just too good an opportunity for my family, so I've decided to accept it.

I'm leaving you in good hands however. Matti is going to take over the administration of the company; all of our great team of folks are still going to be here working hard for you every day and RST will be adding a new face or two in the coming weeks that I think you'll really enjoy working with.

One of the new faces is our new VP of Operations, Tony Sollars.  Please welcome Tony to the team as he brings over 20 years of Microsoft Consulting and IT systems experience to Roland Schorr & Tower.  He will be stepping in to fill my role and his in-depth knowledge of implementation, optimization, and fault analysis within complex Enterprise networks as well as multiple Microsoft, Cisco and Enterprise certifications will be a great asset. Rest assured you are in good hands.

Thanks to all of you for your support over the years and I hope we can keep in touch.

-Ben M. Schorr
