Ben Schorr

I started as a technology professional in the late 1980s, but was a hobbyist since the dawn of the PC era in the early 1980s. I've spent most of that ~30 years with an emphasis on legal technology, productivity, networking, and messaging systems. I'm an author, speaker and columnist who has contributed to several books and have written multiple solo books for the American Bar Association including "The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook 2013", "The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Word 2013", "Office 365 for Lawyers" and "OneNote in One Hour." Today I'm working at Microsoft developing support content to help our customers succeed and thrive with Microsoft 365. I try to explain often complex technologies in a way that people can understand and use in their day to day efforts. When I'm not working I enjoy endurance sports - I've completed 23 marathons and two Ironman triathlons - and spending time with my wife Carrie, our son Keith, our dog Sam and the cats (Yeti & Makaha) who let us live with them. Specialties: Microsoft Office, Outlook, OneNote, networking, messaging systems, productivity and Office 365.
