We're looking for a new team member who will assist our clients in solving business problems at our Honolulu and Flagstaff offices. Tasks include analyzing their needs by identifying solutions (both technical and non-technical) & assisting the client in making good decisions. Deploying the selected solutions and perhaps training the client and/or their staff on its use. Maintaining & troubleshooting those solutions on an ongoing basis. Duties include both technical services, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and providing sales solutions.

Requirements:
Business background and understanding of essential IT services. Self-motivation and drive required. IT aptitude and knowledge of networks, Windows and MAC environments as well as good customer relation skills.
The positions are full and part-time, Some travel is required, the candidate should have reliable transportation.
